Cancellations
If you wish to cancel prior to dispatch your order, you should immediately email. And 4% cancellation fee will be applied.

 Returns
Unwashed or unworn (except tryout) may be returned within 7 days from the date merchandise was received. Item (s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to the sender.
1. A return authorization must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. Or the returned package will be returned to you.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the order for merchandise Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to deklantenservice.
Items must be in as a return.
